My Approach

Each of us has within us an unlimited resource for healing, referred to as the Self, or true self. The Self is characterized by qualities such as calm, clarity, compassion, courage, and confidence. From this state of mindfulness, we can heal the parts of ourselves that suffer from outdated coping mechanisms, limiting beliefs, and inner conflict.  

Have you ever heard yourself say, "Part of me wants X, but another part of me feels like Y?" This is not just a figure of speech. When parts of us want different things it can be an obstacle to our most heart-felt desires. It is common to wish we could get rid of these parts somehow. However, offering them compassion, getting to know their positive intentions and relieving them of the burdens from the past leads to transformation. 

I can guide you in this process with a spirit of curiosity, respect and non-judgment at a pace that is right for you.
